My dad always said: Edy, life will get in the way. In fact, it’s supposed to get in the way. It’s doing its job. But it’s what you do when it does get in the way. It’s how you act, react and the steps you take.
It’s how you plan, re-plan and re-fire. It is how you fit the little broken pieces together. It is how you clean up after the mess. It is how you gather after it scattered. It is how you restore calm after the wind.
My dad always said: Edy, life must get in the way. In fact, it’s supposed to get in the way. It’s doing its job. But, it is the decision you make when it does get in the way. It is what you say, how you say and when you say it.
It is what you allow, what you tolerate and what you compromise. It is who you meet, where you meet, when you meet and how much power you give them over your life.
My dad always said: Edy, life will get in the way. In fact, it’s supposed to get in the way. It’s doing its job. But when life happens, don’t forget to smile, to be happy and to be thankful for all these play major roles in life’s cycle.
Joy comes from the inside and radiates outwards. Joy is what you make of every situation, every mistake and every challenge life throws at you. Now when life happens because it will happen, let joy happen too. Stay joyful and always wear a smile because you’re never fully dressed without a smile.
